The deadline to register for the conference is date October 4, 2024.

Conference cancellations received by September 5 are eligible for a 100% refund of the conference fee. Cancellations made between September 5 and October 4, 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds will be given to cancellations received after October 4, 2024. Hotel cancellation penalties may apply but will be handled separately, directly by the hotel. If any circumstance beyond the control of LCS causes the cancellation of the event, LCS agrees to refund the registration fee for which LCS is reimbursed by insurance or any other third party and shall not be liable for any of the refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liabilities or damages arising from the event. No refunds shall be provided for cancelled entertainment or outings due to inclement weather.

The 2024 Rent Manager User Conference will take place from November 4^th-7^th, 2024. The Rent Manager Bootcamps begin on Monday at 9:30 AM and RMUC wraps up with the Closing Ceremony ending on Thursday at 12:15 PM.

No! Although recommended, it is not required for you to use Rent Manager Express prior to attending RMUC. The majority of sessions will be taught using Express, but you can still learn best practices for the program and industry regardless of the platform you use.

For sessions, meals, and general attendance, the dress code will be business casual. The Opening Reception and Premier Social Event may have optional themed dress codes that will be revealed closer to the conference.

The Rent Manager Core Bootcamp is the best way to prepare for your Rent Manager User Conference experience. If you’re new to Rent Manager, or if your team just needs a refresher before RMUC.24 kicks off, be sure to register for the Core Bootcamp!

Yes! Our Product Support Specialists will be on-site to answer any questions you may have about your specific Rent Manager database. Our team will notify you how to sign up ahead of the event for one-on-one support once the option becomes available, or you can stop by on-site and add your name to the waitlist.

Yes! You can schedule and take an official Rent Manager Certification Test at some point during RMUC.24. These hands-on, activity-driven assessments allow you to perform critical tasks within a sample Rent Manager database. Successfully completing these activities will earn you one of the official Rent Manager Certification badges and tells the whole world you’ve got Rent Manager under your belt.

We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet to follow along with session presentations. (Don’t forget the charger!). A pen or pencil and a notebook can also be useful for taking notes.

Finally, bring plenty of business cards! There will be many opportunities to network during and between sessions, or during meals and Power Hour!

Closer to conference, the RMUC.24 app will be available for download via Cvent. In the app, you can view session information, register for sessions, and plan your itinerary right from your smartphone or tablet. Sponsorship cancellations must be received 90 days prior to the event (08/04/2024) to be eligible for refund. Refunds are not available if any marketing or event activities have been executed (TechConnect, etc.).

Rent Manager has the right to deny exhibiting at the Rent Manager User Conference if a company has an outstanding balance that is more than 45 days past due as of August 4, 2024.
