Conference cancellations received by August 21st, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund of the conference fee. Cancellations made between August 21st and September 18th, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds will be given to cancellations received after September 18th, 2026.

Hotel cancellation penalties may apply but will be handled separately, directly by the hotel. If any circumstance beyond the control of LCS causes the cancellation of the event, LCS agrees to refund the registration fee for which LCS is reimbursed by insurance or any other third party and shall not be liable for any of the refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liabilities or damages arising from the event. No refunds shall be provided for cancelled entertainment or outings due to inclement weather.

The 2026 Rent Manager User Conference will take place from October 19-22, 2026. The Rent Manager Bootcamps begin on Monday, and RMUC wraps up with the Closing Ceremony on Thursday.

No! Although recommended, it is not required for you to use Rent Manager Express prior to attending RMUC. The majority of sessions will be taught using Express, but you can still learn best practices for the program and industry regardless of the platform you use.

For sessions, meals, and general attendance, the dress code will be business casual. The Opening Reception and Premier Social Event may have optional themed dress codes that will be revealed closer to the conference.

Please note—it may get colder in the evenings, so packing a jacket is encouraged!

Yes! Our Product Support Specialists will be on-site to answer any questions you may have about your specific Rent Manager database. No appointment is needed; you can arrange time in your schedule that works best for you!

Yes! You can schedule and take an official Rent Manager Certification Test at some point during RMUC.26. These hands-on, activity-driven assessments allow you to perform critical tasks within a sample Rent Manager database. Completing these activities will earn you one of the official Rent Manager Certification badges, demonstrating your proficiency in the software.

We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet to follow along with session presentations. (Don’t forget the charger!). A pen or pencil and a notebook can also be useful for taking notes.

Finally, bring plenty of business cards! There will be many opportunities to network during and between sessions, or during meals and Power Hour!

Closer to the conference, the RMUC.26 app will be available for download via Cvent. In the app, you can view session information, register for sessions, and plan your itinerary right from your smartphone or tablet. Rent Manager has the right to deny exhibiting at the Rent Manager User Conference if a company has an outstanding balance that is more than 45 days past due as of July 21st, 2026.
