Lee Porter serves as Director of Administration for Moline Management, where she coordinates a wide range of office operations and corporate functions. Her responsibilities span Human Resources, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Marketing, as well as direct involvement in the operations of Moline Management’s Missouri portfolio. Lee also manages many of the firm’s vendor relationships and plays a key role on the corporate side of Moline Investment Management. In this capacity, she oversees the registration of all new acquisitions and ensures compliance across six states in the Midwest.
Lee brings to Moline Management an extensive background in business administration, with professional experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Administrative Support leader across multiple industries. Her expertise includes office operations, HR onboarding and oversight, scheduling and production management, sales and marketing, policy development, compliance, staff training, and financial reporting.
Before joining Moline Management, Lee served as Administrative Support Manager and Bookkeeper for a Construction Firm in Springfield, MO. She also founded, owned, and operated The Baker’s Table, a highly rated bakery, along with being the Co-Owner/Operator of a successful Welding and Land Management firm and previously worked as Director of Sales for a hospitality firm in Branson, Missouri.
Lee’s career reflects broad expertise in administration, accounting, human resources, and business operations. She is also a licensed Notary in the State of Missouri.
