Adopting “Simplified” Management Fee Structures

Last year we implemented a new way for fee-based management companies to set up and post their fees. This new approach became known as the Standard method which is meant to simplify the whole posting process. The original way that management fees were calculated became the Advanced method. While the Advanced method has its perks, we encourage you to take a look at the new, simplified way of doing things. The Standard method lets you set up fees based on tenant charges and you can post your management fees as often as you want. It also gives you more visibility on transactions where fees have already been collected. This session will help you understand the new Standard method and give you helpful advice on how to convert over to this new structure to simplify your management fee life.
